Badger Truck Equipment Paint Department Specializes in Commercial Truck Painting.
Unlike most vehicle paint shops, we have a couple of things that make us unique:
FIRST: Our paint booth is large enough to accommodate all sizes of commercial vehicles, even as large as a Class 8 semi-truck with a quad axle dump.
SECOND: We understand commercial vehicles. Many of the companies who rely on us place extreme importance in their fleet. Their trucks are “moving billboards” and represent who they are as a company.
Our customers rely on us for many different projects.
Some may have us “refurbish” their commercial vehicles on a regular basis. Or, they may want us to repaint a vehicle to match their corporate color. We even repair accident damage when needed.

Health, safety, and environmental protection are of the utmost importance to Badger Truck Equipment. We make certain our repair processes and equipment meet the highest standards. Our paint technicians are U-Tech certified in fleet finishes including key paint knowledge and application techniques.
The paint department is also EPA 6H Rule compliant which includes:
- Spray gun equipment selection, set up, and operation
- Spray technique for different types of coatings to improve transfer efficiency and minimize coating usage and overspray
- Routine spray booth and filter maintenance
- Environmental, health and safety requirements, including related OSHA, NFPA

Our painters use technical equipment such as a color camera to provide accurate digital color for use in touch-ups or matching existing company colors exactly every time the first time.
We’ve tackled jobs like repainting a customer’s ladder rack to match his new truck, to painting quad axle dumps and commercial van bodies. We’ll even work with your insurance company to ensure a timely claims process and repair.
