Joey receives THE much awaited phone call from Western Snow and Ice Products that he earned the coveted “blue jacket”.

He is now a Western Master Mechanic; part of a very elite group.

Joe had to take a multiple day test consisting of 2 components; 4 hour multiple choice exam and hands on trouble shooting.
